The work begins with a recurring problem: people often possess information without possessing the architecture needed to connect it, test it, and live by it.
His work draws on corporate leadership, systems analysis, independent research, and sustained observation of human behavior, decision-making, family life, ambition, belief, pressure, identity, institutions, and responsibility.
