Publication & Version Status
Each record identifies its publication status explicitly. Repository availability, DOI registration, or public circulation should not be interpreted as peer review unless a record specifically states that external peer review has occurred.

Citation & Record Policy
Stable bibliographic identity. Each formal paper maintains a consistent title, author identity, publication or version date, and citation record across the official author platform and external scholarly services wherever technically possible.
Version transparency. When a paper is materially revised, the individual paper record should identify the current version and preserve earlier repository records where appropriate rather than silently replacing the publication history.
